Rates and Charges

The Radar Shop, Inc. places a priority on providing top notch service. Our emphasis on customer satisfaction is embedded deeply within our Company culture. Do we make mistakes? Sure we do. However, we'll do everything possible to make it right when we do. In fact, we are the only company in the industry to have in place an Employee Accountability Program that provides motivation for all our personnel to quickly find a remedy for any problem you may encounter. Of course excellent service does have it's price. You may find it worthwhile to review the details of the Employee Accountability Program before checking out our service rates.

Basic Service Rates

Estimates: $40.00 to diagnose problem and estimate the repair cost. Estimate cost is waived once a repair is authorized to be completed. Minor Repair: $35.00 Minimum Charge Hourly Rate: $65.00 Per Hour

It has been our experience that most problems can be avoided by good communication. A clear, and specific, description of the problem you are having with your unit is essential for repairing it to your satisfaction. Shipping Information

Customers may get FREE shipping to our repair center by calling 1-800-337-7291 and requesting a prepaid UPS shipping label. At your option we will either send it by mail or email it right to your computer. Return shipping will be billed in conjunction with the final bill. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries but will ship C.O.D. with appropriate arrangements. We ship by UPS or Parcel Post unless otherwise requested.

Payment Methods

Charges for repair services can be billed to recognized Institutions and Law Enforcement Departments through Purchase Orders or appropriate authorizations. An Invoice will be sent with the repaired unit to be paid in accordance with the customers normal policy and procedures. Individuals may make payment by money order, or may choose C.O.D. shipping. Payment may be made by Credit Card on our Order page. If you have any questions regarding costs, shipping, or payment arrangements, please call and ask.
