Purchase Orders

We honor Purchase Orders or Vouchers for Law Enforcement Departments and established Institutions.
Charges for repair services can be billed to recognized Institutions and Law Enforcement Departments through Purchase Orders or appropriate authorizations.  An Invoice will be sent with the repaired unit to be paid in accordance with the customers normal policy and procedures.  If you have any questions regarding costs, shipping, or payment arrangements, please call 1-800-337-7291.

Customers may get FREE shipping to our repair center by calling 1-800-337-7291 and telling us you saw the  FREE shipping offer on our website!  We'll send you a prepaid UPS shipping label and at your option we will either send it by mail or email right to your computer to be printed and placed on your shipping box. Return shipping will be billed in conjunction with the final bill.
We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
We ship by UPS or USPS unless otherwise requested.

Warranty, Exchange, and Refunds

Repairs  - All repairs are warrantied for sixty days full parts and labor.

Refurbished radar units - All refurbished or used units come with a sixty day full parts and labor warranty.  No refunds will be given on refurbished or used units. A defective unit may be exchanged or repaired at our discretion under warranty..

New radar units - All new radar units come with a manufacturers warranty of at least one year.  Complete warranty information is included with each unit.

Credit Cards - We accept most major Credit Cards and payments may be made quickly and easily by calling our offices at 1-800-337-7291.

Money Orders / Cashiers Checks - Once received will expedite the shipping of your unit.

PayPal - We can take Paypal payments through the Paypal website.  Our payment ID is sales@radars.info .
