Warranty on Repairs

All repairs are warrantied for sixty days full parts and labor.

Customers may get FREE shipping to our repair center by calling 1-800-337-7291 and telling us you saw the FREE shipping offer on our website! We'll send you a prepaid UPS shipping label and at your option we will either send it by mail or email right to your computer to be printed and placed on your shipping box. Return shipping will be billed in conjunction with the final bill.
We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
We ship by UPS or USPS unless otherwise requested.

Evaluation Charge: $40.00 to diagnose the problem with your radar and to estimate the repair cost. You only pay the Evaluation Charge if you elect not to have your radar repaired.

Our Technicians service your radar with state of the art equipment at our centrally located repair facility in Wichita Kansas.

Minimum Charge: Minor repairs that take less than thirty minutes will be billed at a $35.00 minimun charge.
